Ingredients: Yerba Mate, Green Tea, Ashwagandha, Guayusa, Spearmint, Gotu Kola, licorice and natural flavor.

Instructions: steep 1 teaspoon in 8oz of hot water for 3-5min.

Our Energy tea is packed with a punch to give you a power surge of energy, vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids. Yerba mate and Gotu Kola give you an added benefit of mental clarity and focus so you can tackle that report due or stay awake during that boring meeting at work. We have added Ashwagandha an adaptogen to help combat stress and promote wellness. If that wasn’t enough, we threw in green tea and Guayusa from the holly tree to boost the immune system, increase energy, strengthen digestion, and reduce inflammation.
