Law of Attraction, Law of Vibration and Law of Resonance Life Coach-First Session Basics with Diana

The Law of Attraction states that you will attract into your life–whether wanted or unwanted–whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to.  The law of attraction states that the universe responds to whatever you are offering — by giving you more of whatever you are vibrating. It doesn’t care whether it is good for you or not; it simply responds to your vibration. If you saw the film The Secret, you saw this explained in great detail. The problem is that most of the time, you are not aware of what vibration you are offering. You are simply responding to things outside of you–current events, the news, how people treat you, the stock market, how much money you are making, how your children are doing in school, whether or not your favorite sports team wins–and then having a feeling that is either positive or negative. When you are simply responding unconsciously to what happens around you, you tend to stay “stuck” in your current condition. This is why most people’s lives never seem to change very much. They get stuck in a repeating cycle of recreating the same reality over and over by the vibration they are sending out.

The Law of Vibration states that anything that exists in our universe, whether visible or not, can be quantified as a frequency or an energetic pattern. From electron, protons and atoms, to rainbows, light, stardust, dust on butterfly wings and happy thoughts – to more dense matter like rock, a thousand year old redwood trees, dirt, bones, diamonds and metal – they all carry their own unique vibration. 

Most people are unaware of how powerful they truly are and even if they’re aware of the concept, they haven’t a clue on where to start or how to create the life they deserve. Too often we get stuck in repetitive thought patterns. A cycle of negativity that has been wired into our brains; manifesting the idea that everything in the world is happening to us, rather than creating a world where everything happens for us. You are constantly giving off vibrations of energy when you think and feel. These vibrations can be picked up and received by other people. That’s why people say, “he has good vibes,” or “he gives off bad vibes.” You are constantly giving off vibrations — literally!

If you’re feeling excited, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, joyful, loving, appreciative, abundant, prosperous, relaxed and peaceful, you are giving off positive vibrations.


The Law of Vibration might not be as well known as the Law of Attraction. However, the Law of Vibration serves as the foundation for the Law of Attraction. To understand this it´s important to know that everything is energy. Science, through Quantum Physics, is showing us that everything in our universe is energy. When we go down on a sub-atomic level we don´t find matter, but pure energy. Some call this The Unified Field or The Matrix. Others talk about pure potentiality - all being energy.

Our thoughts are on a certain vibrational frequency and hence is part of the vibrating universe. The Law of Attraction, which is based on The Law of Vibration, states that we attract what we are sending out. Our thoughts are cosmic waves of energy that penetrate all time and space. Thought is the most potent vibration - so this means you can attract to you what you want and wish for.

Unfortunately, many of us are "programmed" from childhood to have thoughts and emotions about worry, fear, scarcity and so on.

If you change these patterns of thoughts and feelings you will be able to attract into your life what you truly want. Every moment the five senses are picking up information and sending a rush of data back to the brain through the five pathways. The neurons in the brain then fire up the neurotransmitters, which give us emotions and feelings based on these five pathways of information.

It is proven that every time you have a thought either positive or negative, your brain produces chemicals that create a chemical reaction within your body. Because feelings and emotions are the end product of any experience, real or imagined; when we aren’t experiencing any new thought, we continue to feel the same way. The longer we hold on to a thought, the more we maintain the probability of its future manifestation whether it be negative or positive. If we are holding on to negative thought forms we can break these thought forms by introducing new and positive thoughts that will change the chemistry in the body. Yet, alike to any addiction, the body doesn’t like the offset and lack of the chemical and sends a signal to the brain. This, being why it is so hard to break negative thought patterns and we continue to live based on past addictions. Addictions to emotions, behaviors and chemicals.

So it is through our own thinking, that we can change the chemistry in our bodies allowing us to break these emotional addictions and free ourselves from repeating the same negative cycles.

The Law of Resonance The Law of Resonance states that anything that is on the same vibrational frequency makes itself known to each other. They vibrate on the same frequency. When we send out signals on a certain frequency through are thoughts and emotions the universe respond to us with anything and everything that resonates with that frequency.

In a study conducted by Richard Davidson, a world-renowned Neuroscientist from the University of Wisconsin. His research found that our thoughts consistently have a direct impact on our everyday situations, as we manifest the ideas we choose to visualize and hold our attention upon.


Affirming the long known spiritual philosophy, that we are perpetual participants and co-creators, of our own everyday reality.  Davidson collaborated with Tibet’s Dalai Lama, who provided eight Buddhist monks (some of his most accomplished meditators) to take part in EEG and fMRI brain scanning.

Throughout the testing, each monk was asked to concentrate on a specific subject such as compassion, joy or happiness. The results, were more than the scientists could ever imagine; confirming, that depending upon where you focus your attention, you will physically change the existence, the direction and the behavior of the subatomic particles in our brain.

The EEG’s recorded extremely powerful gamma waves in the frontal lobe (the prefrontal cortex) leaving the scientists bewildered and amazed.


Do our thoughts truly create our own reality? Dr. Joe Dispenza thinks so, he notes that the monks in the study were highly accomplished with a staggering 40,000 hours of focused meditation, concentrating on single-minded thought. “These monks had been meditating for 40 years. Each had mastered what has been dubbed as the art of observation or what science refers to simply as paying attention!”

Need more evidence on the power of your attraction, the ability to make change?  Dr. Masaru Emoto, the Japanese scientist who revolutionized the idea that our thoughts and intentions impact the physical realm, is one of the most important water researchers the world has known.  For over 20 years until he passed away in 2014, he studied the scientific evidence of how the molecular structure in water transforms when it is exposed to human words, thoughts, sounds and intentions.

The extraordinary life work of Dr. Emoto is documented in the New York Times Bestseller, The Hidden Messages in Water.  In his book, Dr. Emoto demonstrates how water exposed to loving, benevolent, and compassionate human intention results in aesthetically pleasing physical molecular formations in the water while water exposed to fearful and discordant human intentions results in disconnected, disfigured, and “unpleasant” physical molecular formations.  He did this through through Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology and high-speed photographs.

The average human being loses their attention span 6-10 times per minute and when we are lacking the skills of concentration, subatomic particles don’t pay attention to our minds.  Essentially, the longer your attention span and focus, the more you increase your manifestation ability. All in all, in order to make the law of attraction, vibration and resonance work for us, we need to understand how our mind and body relate to each other and what exactly it is we need to do, so our thoughts can become the reality we choose when we align our emotions to the Inner Being.

When we do that our thoughts and emotions become things.
